I grilled some turkey necks for a few minutes, just enough to get a little char on them, then braised them with some chicken stock for two hours on the Weber Jumbo Joe. After the braise they were placed back on the grill grate (indirect heat) with a little barbecue sauce and cooked for another 30 minutes. REAL GOOD!!
